Live Platform Insights

The Live Platform Insights tab provides market intelligence on leading platforms. Our team tests the user experience of each platform to identify and share features that may be relevant to compliance. These insights are based on our observations during testing and are intended to help you understand how different platforms approach regulatory requirements.

Getting Started​

Select Jurisdiction

Use the dropdown menu to select a jurisdiction, or type the jurisdiction name in the search bar for quick access.

Interpreting the Tables​

  • Table Structure:

    • The first column lists the question or compliance criterion being assessed.

    • Click the infotip icon next to a question to view its full text and details.

  • Icon Meanings:

    • Green Tick ✅: Yes
    • Red Cross ❌: No

  • Aggregated Statistics:

    For questions with predefined, closed-ended answers (i.e., Yes/No or Not Applicable, represented by a green tick, red cross, or dash), you can view aggregate (global) statistics by clicking any column in the relevant row. A pie chart will appear, showing the distribution of responses across all platforms for that question within the selected jurisdiction and age demographic.
