Set age verification status

This API can only be used in test mode. It is used in order to assist with testing age verifications without needing to actually complete the age verification via the web flow.

Send a test weekly activity digest email POST

Renders and sends one weekly digest email to the linked adult for a session, using that session's real activity data over the trailing seven days. Intended for previewing the digest during integration. Available only in test mode; a live-mode call is rejected with a `400` `INVALID_INPUT` error.

Set challenge status POST

Forces an existing challenge to `PASS` or `FAIL`. **Testing only.** It simulates a completed challenge so you can exercise the post-challenge path without running a real verifiable parental consent flow.
