Send email with payment verification
POST/challenge/send-email-with-payment-verification
This API sends a parental-consent request to a parent or guardian, and carries your attestation that an adult already completed a payment for the purchase behind it.
It behaves as /challenge/send-email does, except that
paymentVerification is required. Use that endpoint instead when you
have no payment to attest.
