Normalize a merchant of record's payment into a standard format
POST/transaction/lookup-provider
Returns a merchant of record's payment in a standard,
provider-independent format: instrument, funding, invoiceId, and
payerEmail.
provider names the merchant of record. data is its raw payment
payload (for Xsolla, the payment webhook body, which must include the
card BIN).
