Generate e2e URL
Returns a URL for the hosted end-to-end widget, to display in an iframe. The widget carries a player through the whole flow — age gate, then any consent challenge it triggers — in one hosted experience, so a single embed replaces orchestrating the individual endpoints. Supply whichever age signal you already hold (`kuid`, `age`, or `dateOfBirth`) to skip the widget's own age collection step.

Generate manage session permissions URL POST
Returns a URL for the hosted manage-permissions widget, to display in an iframe. It lets a guardian revisit and change the permissions they previously granted on a session. The `email` must match the guardian who approved that session.
